| Abstract:This paper reviews the reform and development of health service and medical security system in China, and analyses the major challenges at present. It also proposes a thought of providing health protection for all. Then, the study analyses the necessary of achieving this objective, its aims and ways of approaching this thought. The policy recommendations are presented at the end of the study. |
