| 摘要:本文通过对我国城乡医疗救助实施情况的分析，探讨影响我国医疗救助水平提高的主要原因，提出健全医疗救助制度应重视政府在医疗救助的责任，同时应结合我国国情来开展弱势群体的医疗救助的工作。 |

| Abstract:By analyzing the implementation of medical financial assistance system (MFA) in Chinas urban and rural area, this paper discusses the main reasons that affect the improvement of Chinas MFA achievement.Its suggested that governments responsibility be attached importance to improve the MFA system. In addition, the implementation of MFA for the vulnerable groups must take into account of the appropriate situation in China. |
