| 摘要:当代中医药发展形势严峻，面临文化传承弱化、发展道路有待探索、科学发展问题重重等诸多困难，需要提高对发展中医药的认识、树立“以人为本”的发展观念、促进中医药事业全面协调可持续发展、统筹兼顾中医药发展重大关系。当前要从政策上做到解放思想、深化改革、搞好制度建设。 |

| Abstract:In modern times, the situation about Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) is serious. The development of TCM faces many difficulties, such as the weakening of cultural inheritance, the further exploration about ways of development.The essence of the scientific development of TCM which should be deeply recognized, includes further deepening comprehension about developing TCM, establishing the development view of human oriented, also promoting the comprehensive harmonious and sustainable development of TCM cause, at the same time planning as a whole and taking into an account among several important relationships in the development of TCM. At present, we should emancipate the mind, deepen reform and construct the system of rules and regulations successfully in policy making. |
