| 摘要:新加坡建立了完善的医疗服务监管体制，包括对医疗机构、医疗职业、医疗行为质量、医疗服务价格的监管，以及完备的医疗服务筹资机制。在医疗监管协调机制建设、卫生资源合理分配、健全筹资体系等方面，新加坡的经验都值得我们借鉴。 |

| Abstract:Singapore has a perfect system of health regulation, including regulation of medical institutions, medical profession, quality of medical practice, price of medical care, and of an entire medical financing mechanism. Experiences from Singapore offer many valuable references for our medical care reform, such as construction of coordination mechanism of health regulation, reasonale distibution of medical resources, and perfecting financing system. |
