| 摘要:社区卫生诊断是以政府为主导的、重要的、基础性的公共卫生项目。本文阐述了社区卫生诊断的概念、目的、必要性及其产出价值，介绍了卫生部妇幼保健与社区卫生司组织有关人员编制的《社区卫生诊断技术手册》的研发过程与主要内容。作为一项社区卫生服务适宜技术，提出了开展社区卫生诊断在组织管理、经费投入、质量控制与考核评价等方面的具体策略措施。 |

| Abstract:Community appropriate health diagnosis is an important basic government driven public health project. On one side, this paper explains the concept, purpose, necessity and output value of community health diagnosis. On the other side, content and development process of “Community appropriate health diagnosis technical manual” are introduced. As an appropriate technology, the specific strategies and measures of organization, management, funding, quality control, evaluation, and assessment on the process of community diagnosis are proposed. |
