| Analysis on the development process and characteristic of private hospitals in China |

| Abstract:This paper systematically described the external environment and the essential feature across times in the development of private hospitals basing on the historical process of them. In addition, challenges and problems were addressed. An evaluation of managing private hospitals was provided at the end of the study. |
