| 摘要:医患关系在卫生事业发展中有举足轻重的作用。江苏省针对医患关系中的现有问题，建立了医患纠纷人民调解机制，并积极推行医疗责任保险,在制度建设、调解队伍建设、激发相关方积极性、保障实施等方面进行了积极探索，积累了一些经验。 |

| Exploration for a new mechanism on solving doctor patient conflict：experience from Jiangsu province |

| Abstract:The doctor patient relationship plays an important role in health development. This article aims to discuss a new intermediation mechanism on doctor patient conflict and to promote medical professional liability insurance to solve the issues. The experiences gained from Jiangsu are including: 1) establishing a new mechanism in a role of insuers in solving doctor patient conflict, 2) establishing intermediation staff training, and 3) providing some experiences on stakeholder stimulation and implementation. |
