摘要:食品等公共卫生监管体系的建设和发展是保护人们生命健康、促进社会经济发展的有力保障。本文从公共卫生监管体系发展脉络的角度入手,着重分析了建国以来特别是改革开放30年来食品卫生监管的发展和改革历程,并在公共卫生监管体系宏观背景下,总结了改革成效及其经验。 |

Reform and development of public health and food supervision system in China |

Abstract:Public health and food supervision system has played an important role in protecting peoples health and promoting economic and social development. Along the development of public health supervision system, the paper mainly analyzed the reform and development process of food supervision system since 1949, in particular since the reform and opening up over the past 30 years, and concluded the effectiveness and experiences of the reform. |
