| 摘要:国内外对基本药物政策的认识和肯定都在不断深化。在我国推进基本药物政策的进程中，会面临很多挑战。本文就从中成药基本药物遴选、国家基本药物目录和地方基本药物及其他药物目录的关系及衔接、基本药物定价、生产流通、配置使用和信息管理等方面，分析可能遇到的问题。 |

| Analysis on the difficulties of essential medicine policy |

| Abstract:The understanding and confirming of the essential medicine policy has been deepened worldwide, however, there are several difficulties to promote the essential medicine policy in China. This paper attempts to analyze the problems in this issue in some aspects, such as the selection of essential medicine list, the interrelation between national and local lists of essential medicine, the pricing policy, the production and distribution, information management of essential medicines etc. |
