| 摘要:本研究通过对部分开展县级医疗卫生机构的横向整合及县乡村三级卫生服务机构纵向合作的地区进行经验总结，结合当前医疗改革的基本要求，提出县乡村三级卫生服务机构组织管理的框架和原则，为全国其他地区加强农村三级卫生网络管理提供参考借鉴。 |

| Abstract:This study is to summarize the useful experiences of the counties which developed the three tier rural health service system management exploration. Based on the requirement of the health reform, the study brings forward the framework and principle of management on the three tier rural health service system and excepts the policy recommendation could be used for reference by other provinces when developing the rural health system management. |
