| 摘要:在从计划经济向市场经济转变的过程中，卫生室也从大队卫生室向私人卫生室转变，奠定了村医追求利润最大化的体制基础。卫生室药品经营也从以中草药为主，发展到中西医结合，最终形成目前以西药为主的局面。卫生室的发展与经济体制的变革密切相关。 |

| Analysis on rural clinics in economic transition: a case stady in Luｃuｎ Shandong province |

| Abstract:In the process from the planned economy to the market economy, rural clinics has also transformed from the production brigade clinic to the personal clinic, which has laid the system foundation that the village medicine pursue profit maximization. The main drugs utilization has transformed from the Chinese medicine primarily to the cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine, and finally to the western medicine at present. The rural clinics development correlated with economic system transformation closely. |
