| 摘要:本文探讨了看病贵问题与医疗费用控制之间的关系，分析了医疗费用过快增长的制度性因素，提出了有效控制医疗费用过快增长的众多策略，综合各策略设计了以医疗费用有效控制为核心的医药卫生体制改革逻辑步骤和路线图，并且讨论了路线图中的难点和障碍。 |
