| 摘要:通过总结全面建设小康社会时期我国存在的复杂健康问题，结合当前医学科技发展趋势；分析了“健康中国2020”战略规划科技支撑的3项需求，即提高全民健康素质需要医学模式观念转换，提高重大疾病与伤害防治水平需要高新适宜技术结合，提高人口质量需要医学技术创新；同时，提出健康观念局限、基础研究与公共卫生和临床应用脱节、高新与适宜技术开发应用不足、诸多健康与医学难题有待深入研究是健康战略科技支撑面临的重大挑战。 |

| Demand and challenges about science and technology based support in Healthy China 2020 program |

| Abstract:This paper estimates three aspects associated with the demand for supporting the strategic planning of science and technology in Healthy China 2020 program through summarizing the complex health care problems during the process of establishing well off society. They are interpreted as such the needs of transmitting the medical pattern to meet the requirement of improving a healthy society, the combination of high tech and general medical technology in order to improve the ability of coping major significant disease and injury prevention, and the requirement of medical technology innovation to promote the populations health. Basing on the analysis, the significant challenges involved in supporting strategic science and technology in China Health 2020 are proposed as the limitation of taking health as an investment, the foundational research is out of line with public health and clinical application, lack of developing high tech medical technology and of applying appropriate medical technology, a further study of unsolved health and medicine issues.. |
