| 摘要:传统的针对城乡基层卫生服务机构人员的培训手段对实质性地提高农村和社区医生的业务能力作用有限。为了提高对乡村和社区医生培训的效果，有必要进一步探索更适合我国国情的、新型的、以医院之间技术合作为基础的培训模式，即：以大型综合性医院为基地，集课程培训、适宜技术推广和医院合作网络为一体的“三位一体”的培训模式。 |

| Abstract:The conventional training method for Grass root health facility staff in urban and rural area are limited for substantially improving the professional ability of the rural and community doctors. To improve the outcome of training program for the rural and community doctors, a novel “three in one” training model comprising training courses, feasible technique popularization and hospital collaboration network which may be the most suitable pattern for training rural and community doctors in Chinese actuality is worthy of further study. This newly proposed model is based on the inter hospital collaboration in which a large tertiary hospital works as a technical supporting center. |
