摘要:目的:理清和认识医院管理的人文内涵与特征。结果:医疗市场经济的利益导向在医疗领域的扭曲体现,产生了医院管理伦理失范和人文关怀的缺失。结论:医院管理的内在本质特征在于其人文性、以人为本,也即对内管理以员工为本,以尊重医院员工为根本,以关爱医院员工为重心,对外服务以患者为本,医院管理以患者为中心,医者行医以患者为中心。 |

Analysis and assessment on the current situation of implementing person oriented management concept in hospital |

Abstract:Objectives: aims to clarify and understand the humanistic connotation and characteristics. Results: The medical treatment is distorted by the profit oriented medical market economy, which leads the miss of hospital management ethics and the lack of humanism care. Conclusions: Hospital is a place where humanistic care most needed for human beings. The internal characteristics of hospital management is humanism,which means human orientation, namely, being employee oriented in terms of internal management, and patient oriented in terms of external services. |
