| 摘要:随着我国流动人口中艾滋病病毒感染者人数的增加，流动人口已经成为艾滋病预防控制的重点人群。运用PRECEDE模式，利用相关研究，从流行病学、行为、社会和环境、教育、管理和政策等方面分析流动人口的艾滋病防制工作状况，并分析了我国社区建设情况。在此基础上，提出了以社区为基础的流动人口艾滋病预防控制策略，充分利用社区资源，加强社区相关部门和团体的协调合作。 |

| Using the PRECEDE framework to guide AIDS prevention and control among mobile population |

| Abstract:With the increasing number of HIV infection among mobile population in China, AIDS prevention and control among migrants are becoming extremely important. The PRECEDE （Predisposing, Reinforcing, and Enabling Constructs in Educational Diagnosis and Evaluation） framework of health promotion program planning was used to analyze AIDS prevention and control among mobile population, epidemiological diagnosis, behavioral diagnosis, social & environmental diagnosis, educational diagnosis, and administrative and policy diagnosis were carried out step by step. The article concludes that the strategy of community based AIDS prevention and control among mobile population should be adopted, and taking full advantage of community resources and strengthening multi sector cooperation are necessary. |
