| 摘要:医学人文关怀、医学人文素质教育、医学职业精神与当前医药卫生体制改革关系密切，是中国哲学社会科学研究、医药卫生政策、教育政策和社会福利政策议程的核心议题之一。本文首次简要界定医学人文关怀和医学职业精神的七个主要研究议题，勾勒影响医学人文关怀和医学职业精神的结构性、体制性和制度化决定因素，阐明培养医学人文关怀和医学职业精神关键性制度化因素是政府职能定位。 |

| The main issues and deciding factors of medical humanism and professional spirits |

| Abstract:The relationship between the medical humanisms, the education of medical humanisms, the medical professionalism and the health system reform is a key foundation of the Chinese scientific philosophy research, the medical and pharmaceutical policy, professional education, and social welfare policy. This article briefly introduces seven aspects of the definition of the medical humanism and medical professional spirits. It aims to find out factors exterminating the structure, mechanism, and system of the medical humanism and the professional education. It demonstrates that the government plays an important role in the medical humanism and professional education. The key role is to construct the role of public finance, health financing, and social welfare culture. |
