| 摘要:建立科学系统的卫生改革监测与评估框架体系，有助于卫生改革坚持正确的方向。WHO就我国的医改提出了“全球视角下中国医药卫生体制改革监测与评价综合框架”,其主要内容包括卫生系统改革的三种评价战略框架。本文介绍了WHO为中国设计的医改评价框架、欧盟医改评价指标体系、卫生矩阵网络的概况和WHO驻华代表处的建议等。 |

| Recommendations on health system reform monitoring and evaluation framework in China from international organizations |

| Abstract:To keep the health reform in a right direction, it is helpful to establish a scientific and systematic monitoring and evaluation framework. WHO put forward A monitoring and evaluation framework on health reform for China from an international viewpoint. The paper describes three kinds of evaluation strategic framework, including the framework designed for China by WHO, the EU evaluation indicator system, and the brief introduction of Health Metrics Network and the recommendations from WHO/Beijing office in China. |
