| 摘要:20世纪90年代兴起的社会资本理论，为建立起一个相互理解、相互信任、相互尊重、相互帮助的和谐医患关系，减少医疗纠纷，维护社会稳定提供了一个新的研究视角。和谐医患关系是和谐社会的重要组成部分，社会资本与构建和谐医患关系存在着结构性制约和依赖关系，当前我国医药卫生领域社会资本发育的不成熟，严重制约了和谐医患关系的建立，因此，必须重建医患双方诚信关系，加强医事卫生法治建设和完善医事社会参与机制，提升医疗卫生领域社会资本的存量，并最终形成健康和谐的医患关系。 |

| Abstract:Social capital theory rose in the 1990s which provides a new study perspective for establishing a mutual understanding, mutual trust, mutual respect and mutual help harmonious doctor patient relationship, reducing medical disputes and maintaining social stability. Harmonious doctor patient relationship is an important component of the harmonious society. There are structural constraints and dependencies between social capital theory and the building of harmonious doctor patient relationship. The development of Chinas current social capital theory in the field of medical and health is immature; it has seriously hampered the establishment of harmonious doctor patient relationship. Therefore, we must rebuild confident relationship between doctors and patients, strengthen the rule of law in medical health and improve social participation mechanisms in medical health, in order to enhance the stock of social capital in the field of medical and health, and eventually form a healthy and harmonious relationship between doctor and patient. |
