| 摘要:通过分析国家卫生统计年报资料和四次国家卫生服务调查资料，发现改革开放30年来，我国乡镇卫生人员总量及院均人员数有所增加，素质有所提高。但是，现有人员情况仍无法满足人民群众日益增长的医疗需求，乡镇卫生人员职称结构以初级及以下为主，学历水平以中专及以下为主，专业知识综合能力不高，乡镇卫生人员“下不去，留不住”。在新的医改方案实施中需要优先考虑加强乡镇卫生院人员队伍建设。 |

| Analysis on status quo of health personnel in township health center |

| Abstract:By analyzing the years of the annual National Health Report and the fourth National Health Services Survey data, this article found that Chinas rural health workers, the total number of hospital staff were increased, and the quality has improved since 30 years of reform and opening up. However, the growing medical demand of the rural people couldnt be met by the professional structure of rural health workers with low title, even lower education level and less general practice ability. This led to the so called“failed to go and failed to keep in the rural.” In the new healthcare reform program implementation that needs to give priority to strengthening the rural health personnel. |
