英国和芬兰减盐策略的成功经验与启示 |

摘要:膳食高钠盐是国际公认的高血压发病的主要危险因素之一。一些发达国家逐渐重视,并陆续由政府推行减盐策略与行动,英国和芬兰也在国家水平上开展了减盐策略与主要活动,在对三个主要方面,即食品重新配方、消费者教育和建立支持性环境等措施的成功经验进行了探讨,并据此在监测、目标设定、优先策略、健康教育模式等方面提出我国实施减盐策略的相关建议。 |

The experiences and indications of successful national salt reduction strategy in U.K. and Finland |

Abstract:High sodium diets, coupled with high rates of cardiovascular diseases worldwide in modern societies, have prompted national and international policy and initiatives to reverse this trend. Some salt reduction strategies and activities have been developed at national level, based on three main pillars: product reformulation, consumer education and the environment building and the successful experiences have been analyzed and summarized. Finally, some suggestions were given to help develop and implement salt reduction strategies on supervision, goal setting/priority setting and health education mode in China. |
