| 摘要:目的：分析社区卫生服务机构参与城市基层艾滋病防控工作的可行性、有效性以及保障工作模式运行的相关机制。方法：运用系统分析的思路和结构—过程—结果的评价方法。结果：从政策、理论和国内外实践等方面分析，这一工作模式是可行的；从工作效果上看，是有效的；同时，相关保障必须健全。结论：社区卫生服务机构参与城市基层艾滋病防控工作的策略和模式是可行和有效的，为保证持续运行，需要在经费、人员、技术和督导考核等方面进行创新和发展。 |

| Abstract:Objectives: To analyze the feasibility, effectiveness and guarantee mechanism for community health services institutions participating in HIV/AIDS control and prevention work in the city. Methods: Systematic analysis and structure process outcome methods were used to do an analysis. Results: The working mechanism was feasible based on the analysis of policy, theory and practice; which was effective based on the outcome; however, guarantee mechanism must be completed. Conclusions: The strategy and mechanism of community health services participating in HIV/AIDS control and prevention work in the city is feasible and effective. To ensure sustainable running, the innovative and developping of financing, staffs, and techniques should be further improved. |
