| 摘要:目的：通过分析居民两周患病和慢性病患病情况，了解天津市居民的卫生服务需要现状及健康状况，为制定天津市区域卫生规划、优化卫生资源配置提供参考。方法：采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法，对天津市30 408名居民的两周患病和慢性病患病情况进行调查；运用统计软件SPSS13.0对数据进行分析。结果：天津市居民整体健康状况有待进一步提高，居民两周患病率为264.34‰；居民慢性病患病率为212.09 ‰。结论：天津市居民的卫生服务需要量较高，慢性病已经成为影响天津市居民的主要健康问题。 |

| Abstract:It is an important issue that how to realize the equalization of essential healthcare services in context of the unified design between urban and rural area, and the new healthcare reform. After clearing the concept of “essential healthcare service”, “unified design”, “equalization” and so on, and analyzing the necessity of realizing the equalization of essential healthcare services and the advantages, this article sums up some issues such as the cognition, content and the pathway. The recommendations are: to change perception, to define the object who enjoy the equalization of essential healthcare services and the content of that; the unified essential healthcare insurance system between urban and rural area should be implemented; to enhance the development of rural health facilities and health staff; to actively push the equalization step by step. |
