| 摘要:本文讨论了我国社区卫生和健康管理的现状,指出了社区卫生服务的重要抓手是社区健康管理,以疾病治疗为主医疗模式应转向以预防和健康管理为主医疗模式；本文认为社区卫生建设经过多年发展现在已进入新阶段，全科医生培养和健康管理是新阶段社区卫生建设的两个基本点，而基于全科医学的生命周期健康管理模式是我国社区卫生的理想模式，全科医生应承担起时代赋予的社区健康管理使命。 |

| The next step of constructing community health: general practitioners should take on the mission of health management |

| Abstract:This article discussed the concept of health management, stressed that community health management should be the starting point of developing community health service, which should be transformed from the treatment oriented medical model to prevention and health management based medical model. After many years, community health construction has entered a new phase, which is needed to adhere to training general practitioners and health management. This article suggests that general medicine based life cycle health management be the ideal model of community health in China and general practitioners be assumed the mission of community health management. |
