| 摘要:我国医疗资源配置的公平直接关系到居民医疗卫生服务的公平，文章以病床为医疗资源指标，并运用泰尔指数研究表明：中部地区病床资源分布最为公平，东部地区次之，西部地区病床资源分布最不公平；全国病床资源总体分布差异主要是由地区内差异带来的，而地区内差异则主要是由东部地区内部各省、市之间的差异所引起。 |

| Research on region differences in hospital bed allocation in China |

| Abstract:Whether the medical care resource allocation is directly related to the equality of residents’ medical care and health service. Use the hospital bed as the indicators of medical care resource, the study shows that the most fair hospital bed distribution is in middle area, but less fair in eastern area. However, the most unfair distribution is in western area. The difference of national hospital bed resource distribution is caused by the difference distribution among areas, in turn which is mainly caused by the difference between provinces in eastern areas. |
