摘要:目的：分析神木县卫生服务供给情况。方法：数据来源于神木县有关机构2007—2009年相关统计数据，运用描述性统计分析方法进行分析。结果：（1）近三年医疗机构总诊疗人次和入院人次年均增长率分别为6.43%和22.71%；（2）疾病预防与控制服务13项主要指标中仅3项达标，5项不合格，5项未开展；（3）近三年婴儿死亡率和5岁以下儿童死亡率分别上升了0.61‰和0.21‰。结论：（1）医疗服务供给量的增加折射出不合理现象；（2）需加大对公共卫生服务体系的投入，以完善公共卫生服务功能；（3）应合理配置卫生资源，将“重治轻防”转变为“以防为主，防治结合”。

Analysis on the supply of health services in Shenmu County Shaanxi Province

Abstract:Objectives: This article is to analyze the supply side of health service in Shenmu County. Methods: A descriptive analysis was conducted by using the gray information and statistical data obtained from relevant agencies from 2007 to 2009 at Shenmu County. Results: (1) The average annual growth rates of the total clinic visits and in patient services were 6.43% and 22.71% respectively in the last 3 years. (2) Among 13 main indicators of disease prevention and control service, only 3 indicators met the standards, 5 indicators did not meet the required standard, and 5 indicators had not been implemented. (3) The infant mortality and under 5 child mortality had increased 0.61‰ and 0.21‰ respectively in the last 3 years. Conclusions: (1) The increase in supply of medical services reflects the irrational behavior; (2) It needs to increase investment in public health service system to improve public health services; (3) Optimize the configuration of health resources to change the “curing first” into “prevention first, combining prevention with curing.”
