摘要:目的：分析A城市、B城市对艾滋病病毒感染者/艾滋病病人随访工作管理现状。方法：用随访工作人员调查表和个人深度访谈的方法收集资料，定量资料应用SPSS11.5进行统计学分析，定性资料采用ATLAS.TI软件进行分析。结果：从感染者随访工作的方式、开展感染者随访工作的机构、感染者随访工作的职能分工、感染者随访工作的培训四个方面进行了研究。结论：应探索以社区为基础的艾滋病随访工作模式，加强对非政府组织的正确引导，加强艾滋病病毒感染者/艾滋病病人随访工作相关制度、规范的建设和随访工作人员能力建设等。

An analysis on the situation of management for the follow up of HIV/AIDS in two cities

Abstract:Objective： This article is to understand the current managerial situation of the follow up to HIV/AIDS carriers and patients in city A and city B. Method： The qualitative data was collected through face to face in depth interviews with the follow up staffs and was analyzed by using ATLAS. TI. In addition, the quantitative data was collected through a questionnaire and was analyzed by SPSS11.5. Result: The outcome includes four main results: the way of the follow up; the organizations of the follow up; the functions of the follow up; the training of the follow up to HIV/AIDS carriers and patients. Conclusion：The following work should be done and strengthened: explore the community based mode of follow up to HIV/AIDS; the guidance to non governmental organization (NGO）; construction of the related system and regulation; capacity construction of personnel in follow up HIV/AIDS carriers and patients.
