| 摘要:首先总结了我国民营医院发展过程的特点，然后基于自身的特殊性分析了我国民营医院发展中遇到的政策体制困境和竞争环境困境；其次，结合公私伙伴关系理论和第三方治理理论，提出了推动我国民营医院发展的路径选择，指出了我国民营医院发展过程中可能出现的正面效应和负面效应；最后提出了相关的政策建议，如转变社会观念、推动政府角色转变、完善政策扶持、优化竞争环境等。 |

| The realistic dilemma and policy recommendations of private hospital in China |

| Abstract:Firstly, the paper summarizes the distinct characteristics of the development of private hospital in China, then the paper describes the policy dilemma and the competition environment dilemma of the private hospitals based on these characteristics. Secondly, based on the public private partnerships theory and the third party governance theory, the paper provides the path choice of the development of private hospital. Thirdly, the paper points out the positive and negative effects of the development of private hospital. Finally, the paper gives some policy recommendations, such as changing social perception, transforming the role of government, improving the policy and optimizing competition environment, and so on. |
