| 摘要:卫生政策问题分析和卫生政策制定中，越来越重视科学研究证据的使用。系统综述为从大量卫生政策研究中提取系统、全面和可靠的科学证据提供了很好的工具。随着系统综述方法学的发展，不同类型的系统综述可以为卫生政策问题的确定、卫生政策的制定、执行与评价等各类卫生政策问题提供证据支持。但卫生政策系统综述在综述问题类型的界定、原始研究的方法学质量评价以及结合背景因素解释研究结果方面，仍处于探索和发展之中。 |

| The application of systematic review on health policy analysis |

| Abstract:In recent years, scientific research evidences have started to play import roles in health policy problems analysis and policymaking. Systematic review is one kind of instruments for extracting systematic, comprehensive and reliable evidences from the large number of primary health policy researches. With the development of methodology of systematic review, different kinds of systematic reviews could provide evidences for confirming policy problems, policy making, policy implementation and evaluation. However, in terms of defining type and topic of systematic review, quality assessment of included primary researches, and explaining review outcomes combined with contextual factors, systematic reviews for health policy problems are still under development. |
