| 摘要:非自愿医疗已经成为中国精神卫生服务中一个复杂而充满争议的问题。本文从传统文化、医学、法律政策等方面分析了中国在该领域的现状和面临的挑战，并就如何通过立法、政策资源和宣传教育等措施来更好地平衡非自愿医疗所涉及的患者权益保护和公众安全保护问题提出了相关建议。 |

| The views and exploration on involuntary mental health care in China |

| Abstract:Involuntary care is becoming a complicated and controversial issue in China’s mental health service. The present article reviewed and analyzed social cultural, medical, legal and policy factors of involuntary admission and treatment in China. Then, it provided suggestions on how to balance the needs of protecting patients’ rights and public safety in this field, through different dimensions such as legislation, policy support, education and advocacy. |
