| 摘要:目的：了解我国2010年度农村地区公共卫生服务提供的现状，分析存在的主要问题，进而探讨改善农村公共卫生服务的策略。方法：对400个县级行政单位进行调查，并对其公共卫生服务的相关数据进行统计分析。结果与发现：农村地区基本公共卫生服务整体开展较好，但仍需加大力度推进；卫生监督工作任务依然艰巨；改水改厕工作仍需继续加强；公共卫生服务开展存在明显的地区差异。建议：在稳定传统公共卫生服务项目的基础上，逐步提高对新项目的管理水平；转变观念加强配合，促进依法监督和依法行政良好氛围的形成；在新医改政策的推动下，继续加大力度推进改水改厕工作；重点支持中西部地区的公共卫生服务工作，缩小地区间差异。 |

| An analysis on public health service situation in the rural areas of China |

| Abstract:Objective: This article aims to learn the status of China’s rural public health service analyzes, analyze present problems and proposes targeted policy in order to promote the development of rural public health service. Methods: To investigate 400 county level administrative authorities and to analyze the collected data of public health service. Results: Essential public health services make great progress, subsequent effort is in urgent need; health supervision is still a very arduous task; the work of water supply and latrine improvement still needs to be strengthened；there is significant regional differentiation in carrying out the public health service. Recommendations: Continue to support traditional public health service projects and endeavor to put the new projects into proactive; attach more importance to promoting health supervision in rural areas; continue to strengthen efforts to the water supply and latrine improvement work; reduce the gap between regions by giving priority to central and western regions. |
