| 摘要:公立医院改革需要一个系统的概念框架。本文综合运用多学科理论，提出了公立医院改革的概念框架，用以分析和阐述改革的范围、层次、方面和环节以及改革的内在逻辑关系和因果关系。这一概念框架对于指导理论与政策研究、辅助制定政策、监测改革实践、评估改革效果具有一定的借鉴作用。 |

| Public hospital reform: A conceptual framework |

| Abstract:There has been an increasing need for a systematical conceptual framework of public hospital reform. By applying a multiple discipline approach, a conceptual framework of public hospital reform has been constructed to analyze and illustrate the domain, levels, components, segments and their causal relationship in the field of public hospital reform. The conceptual framework has been playing an important role in theory and policy research, policy decision making, implementation, monitoring and evaluation on public hospital reform. |
