| 摘要:目的：研究安徽省农村居民家庭灾难性卫生支出概况。方法：分析2009年安徽省样本地区新农合补偿前后居民家庭灾难性卫生支出发生率、灾难性卫生支出差距以及灾难性卫生支出集中指数的变化情况。结果：新农合补偿以后，样本地区灾难性卫生支出发生率、平均差距和相对差距均有所下降，而且灾难性卫生支出差距集中指数进一步向0靠近，提示平均差距在补偿后则进一步趋向平衡。结论：安徽省农村家庭现金卫生支出负担相对较重；灾难性卫生支出有从贫困家庭扩大到相对富裕家庭的趋势；新农合补偿降低了灾难性卫生支出的发生，但从整体上看作用有限。 |

| Analysis on catastrophic health spending of rural inhabitant in Anhui Province |

| Abstract:Objectives: To study a general situation of catastrophic health spending of rural inhabitant in Anhui Province. Methods: Analysis the changes in incidence, distance and concentration index of catastrophic health spending before and after new rural cooperative medical system reimbursement in sample districts of Anhui Province in 2009.Results: After the reimbursement from New Rural Cooperative Medical Scheme （NRCMS）, It shows that the decreasing of incidence, the average disparity, and of the relative disparity. Further, the disparity concentration index of the catastrophic expenditure tends to approach zero indicates that the average disparity tends to zero. Conclusions: The burden of out of pocket in rural inhabitant is relatively high. Catastrophic health spending has a trend turn to rich family. NRCMS reimbursement has reduced the incidence and average disparity of catastrophic health spending, but the effect is still limited when the whole reimbursement level is low. |
