| 摘要:目的：分析不同经济水平的人群获得新型农村合作医疗政府补助的差异，评估新农合受益的公平性。方法：资料来源于安徽省6个县的抽样调查，运用泰尔指数进行公平性分析。结果:不同经济水平人群门诊补助的泰尔指数差距较小，住院补助和总补助泰尔指数差距较大。结论：在新型农村合作医疗中，门诊补助的公平性较好，住院补助和总补助公平性需要进一步改善。 |

| Analysis on the benefit equity of government subsidy of New Rural Cooperative Medical Scheme in Anhui province: Base on the method of Theil Index |

| Abstract:Objective: Through analyzing the distribution of government subsidy of New Rural Cooperative Medical Scheme (NRCMS) among different economic groups, to evaluate the equity of the benefit across different groups in NRCMS. Methods: Questionnaires are used for data collection, and the method of Theil Index is used for evaluating the equity of the benefit of different groups. Results: The difference of the outpatient subsidy Theil Index in different economic level is small, but the outpatient and total subsidy is large. Conclusions: The distribution of the subsidy of outpatient is basically average in different economic groups, but the inpatient subsidy and the total subsidy need to be improved. |
