| 摘要:在对国内外家庭医生制度的经验进行总结的基础上，引入社会学的社会资本理论视角，对社会资本与家庭医生制度的关系进行了探讨，发现除了硬件设施与配套政策的支撑外，社会资本等软环境对建立家庭医生制度具有重要意义。进而提出培育社会资本的途径，形成社区社会资本网络，推动家庭医生制度的发展。 |

| Building the general practitioner system in perspective of social capital theory |

| Abstract:On the basis of summing up the experience of general practitioner system at home and abroad, the paper introduced the social capital theory under the perspective of sociology, and discussed the relationship between social capital and general practitioner system. It found that in addition to the support of the hardware facilities and supportive matching policies, social capital and other soft environment are of great significance to the establishment of general practitioner system. This study then proposed ways to foster social capital pathway, establish community social capital networks, and to promote building general practitioner system. |
