| 摘要:随着新一轮医药卫生体制改革、公立医院改革及医院评审工作的开展，如何对医疗机构进行有效评价成为社会关注的焦点。本文首先对医院评审工作的概念进行理论阐述；然后对国际评审工作的历史、评审主体、评审目的、实现方式和绩效评价等方面进行归纳；最后，总结各国医院评审工作中的经验，并结合我国以往医院评审的情况，从建立多元化的评审主体、提高医院认识高度、设计以患者为中心、公益性为导向的评审标准、分类施行强制和自愿相结合的评审方式、探索对评审工作本身的绩效评价等五个方面提出对于我国医院评审工作的相关启示。 |

| Hospital accreditation: International experiences and its implications for China |

| Abstract:With the launch of new health care system reform, public hospital reform and hospital accreditation, effective evaluation of medical institutions have caught the social concern Thus, the content of this paper was based on three aspects: Firstly, the concept of hospital accreditation was made a theory expound; Secondly, the history, body, purposes, approaches and performance evaluation of the hospital accreditation were summarized; Finally, the merits and problems of the national hospital accreditation experiences were summed up, combining the situation of China hospital accreditation, five implications were come up in terms of the establishment of diversified accreditation principals, the improvement of hospital cognition, accreditation standards based on patients and commonwealth, the way of accreditation with compulsory and voluntary and performance evaluation on accreditation |
