| 摘要:目的：采用快速推算方法，计算中国2011年卫生总费用水平。方法：使用已经建立并经过验证的卫生总费用快速推算方法，根据全国部分医疗机构经济收支数据及其占卫生总费用比例的变化规律进行推算。结果：2011年中国卫生总费用为25万亿元。结论与建议：中国卫生总费用规模较快扩增，可建立快速推算中国卫生总费用的观测样本集，完善卫生总费用信息统计发布制度。 |

| A research on the rapid calculation on the total health expenditure of China: A case of 2011 |

| Abstract:Objective: This paper aims to calculate the total health expenditure (THE) of China in 2011. Methods: The established rapid calculation method for THE was used based upon the available expenditure data in some medical facilities and their ratios to THE. Results: The Total Health Expenditure in China was RMB 2 500 billion Yuan in 2011. Conclusions and suggestions: The THE sees a relatively higher growth rate in recent years. The observing samples of health facility for computing THE is suggested in the paper as well as the new statistic and reporting system for THE. |
