| 摘要:本研究描述了我国精神疾病流行现状和危害,分析了其防治工作中存在的主要问题和面临的挑战,如精神疾病防治体系不完善、精神科医务人员队伍建设形势严峻、精神疾病防治机构投入不足、补偿机制不健全、患者经济负担沉重等。并提出了健全体制机制、加强防治网络建设,提高医疗保障待遇、加强医疗和生活救助,稳定和加强精神疾病防治队伍建设等政策建议。 |

| Hazards, control and prevention of mental illness in China：Taking Henan as a case study |

| Abstract:This study describes the current situation and hazards of mental illness in China. It analyzes the main problems and challenges in the control and prevention of mental illness. These include imperfect control and prevention system for mental illness, severe problems in building psychiatric departments, inadequate investment in a mental illness control and prevention agency, imperfect compensation mechanisms, and heavy financial burden for patients. In this paper, we recommend improving the mental health systems and mechanisms, strengthen the network for controlling and preventing mental illness, increasing medical security benefits, strengthening medical and living assistance, and improving mental illness control and prevention teams. |
