| 摘要:慢性病已成为影响人民健康的重要公共卫生问题,影响到社会的稳定和可持续发展。慢性病的发生主要与吸烟、过量饮酒、不合理膳食、缺乏身体活动等不良生活方式相关,随着我国经济发展和生活水平提高,这些因素正在我国呈不断上升与蔓延趋势。慢性病综合防控不应仅仅停留在个人危险因素的干预层面,应从与之相关的社会决定因素出发,建立以政府为主导、多部门协作、社会广泛参与的慢性病综合防控体系,将提高人民健康水平、促进慢性病防控的目标融入到社会政策中去。 |

| Abstract:Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) have become the major health threat in China, seriously affecting social development. NCDs are associated with health risk factors like smoking, excessive alcohol consumption, unbalanced diet, and lack of physical activity. These factors are on the rise in China. NCDs prevention and control should focus not only on individual risk factor intervention but also population promotion. Increasing relevant social determinants is the most effective strategy for preventing NCDs. Government leadership and multisectoral collaboration should guarantee such supportive policy and environment construction integrated to social planning and development. |
