| 摘要:目的:评估处方点评制度的实施对村卫生室抗生素处方比例的作用效果。方法:收集青岛市黄岛区村卫生室在处方点评制度实施前后的门诊电子处方作为研究样本,利用间断时间序列数据的分段回归模型,评估处方点评制度的作用效果。结果:处方点评制度的实施未使村卫生室抗生素处方比例立即下降,但产生了远期作用,导致抗生素处方比例每月下降0.884%(P=0.0314)。结论:处方点评制度的实施降低了村卫生室的抗生素处方比例,提高了乡村医生的安全合理用药水平。 |

| The impact of a peer review and feedback intervention on antibiotic prescribing：Interrupted time series analysis at village clinics in Qingdao, Shangdong Province |

| Abstract:Objective:This study was aimed to assess the effects of reducing inappropriate use of antibiotics. Methods:Data was extracted before and after the program at village clinics in Qingdao, Shandong Province. Segmented regression analysis with interrupted time series (ITS) data was used to examine the effects of reducing inappropriate use of antibiotics. Results:The intervention doesn't reduce antibiotic prescribing proportion immediately, but in the long run, the effects are obvious. Antibiotics prescribing proportion decreases by 0.884%(P=0.0314) a month with the intervention. Conclusion:The peer review and feedback intervention on antibiotic prescribing had decreased antibiotics prescribing proportion at village clinics, and improved the level of rational drug use of village doctors. |
