摘要:随着食品污染事件在全球各地频繁爆发,食品安全的国际法规制越来越受到重视。目前,国际法规制食品安全呈现出如下的发展趋势:公共卫生安全、人权保障和市场监管三种进路齐头并进;国际硬法与国际软法并重;跨国公司、非政府组织、社会公众和新闻媒体在食品安全治理中负有责任,并日益发挥重要作用;食品安全的全球治理框架与治理网络正在形成。 |

The development trend of international law regulating food safety |

Abstract:With the frequent outbreaks of food contamination events all around the world, the international regulation of food safety has been paid more and more attention in the international society. At present, regulations of international law on food safety showed the following trends. Firstly, international law regulates food safety in three directions, which are in the directions of market surveillance human rights and public health. Secondly, both international hard law and international soft law play equal role in regulating food safety at the same time. Thirdly, Multinational Companies,Non-governmental organizations,the public and the media have responsibility and play a more and more important role in the governance of food safety. Fourthly, a global governance framework and network of food safety is coming into being. |
