| 摘要:目的:评价2008—2012年西安市不同经济水平地区卫生资源配置公平性,为下一步的区域卫生规划提供依据。方法:采用间接标准化集中指数法和集中指数分解法,测量卫生资源配置不公平指数及各影响因素对不公平性的贡献。结果:2012年西安市不同经济水平各区县病床、执业(助理)医师、护理人员的集中指数分别为0.3016、0.3465、0.3732; 间接标准化集中指数分别为0.0849、0.0918、0.1460。结论:西安市卫生资源配置整体存在偏经济发达地区,但由经济水平导致的不公平性较小。 |

| Analysis on health resources allocation equity with concentration index method in Xi'an city |

| Abstract:To evaluate the equity of the health resource allocation in Xi'an from 2008 to 2012, so as to provide basis for further regional health planning. Method: The indirect standardization and decomposition method of concentration index is used to measure the inequity index of health resource allocation and the contribution of each factors. Result: In 2012, the concentration index (CI) of beds, doctors, and nurses among all districts were 0.3016, 0.3465, and 0.3732, respectively, and the indirect standardization CI were 0.0849, 0.0918, and 0.1460, respectively. Conclusion: There were pro-rich inequities of health resource allocation in Xi'an, but the economic factors of which were few. |
