| 摘要:本文回顾了国内外学者对医疗保险和健康状况关系的研究。首先综述了关于医疗保险和健康状况关系的三种观点;其次依据研究的数据来源,将国外文献分为三个层次进行综述;最后,总结了近年来国内学者的相关研究。研究发现:(1)大多数基于观察数据的研究只能证明医疗保险与健康之间存在相关关系,要建立二者之间的因果关系,必须找到克服医疗保险内生性的方法。(2)不同研究的结论不同,但这些结论并不必然矛盾,其原因在于研究对象和研究方法存在差异。(3)研究结论并不是普遍适用的,未来的研究需要关注医疗保险对不同人群健康的长期影响。 |

| A review on the effects of health insurance on health status |

| Abstract:This paper reviews studies on the relationship between health insurance and health status both at home and abroad. First, we put forward three viewpoints on their relationship; Second, based on different data, we review the studies from three different perspectives; Third, we review the recent studies at home. The paper draws the conclusion as following: (1) most studies on observational data prove that there is relationship between health insurance and health status. To establish the causal relationship between them, we must overcome the endogeneity of health insurance. (2)Different studies have different conclusions, which are caused by different methodology and subjects.(3)The conclusions cannot be generalized to whole populations. Future studies should focus on the effect of different health insurance on different populations. |
