摘要:随着医疗费用的快速上涨和现代医学模式的转变,如何合理地配置医疗卫生资源、促进医疗卫生体系的效率和公平是各国医疗卫生体系改革面临的共同问题。卫生经济学这一新兴学科的发展为解决这些问题提供了可能的答案,因而备受各国政府和学术界的关注。本文从培养目标、教学方法、课程内容、教材建设四个方面探讨了美国高校卫生经济学的教育现状,并在借鉴其优势的基础上对我国卫生经济学教育提出了相应的建议。 |

Abstract:With the rapid increase in health cost and transformation of modern medicine, how to allocate the health care resources rationally and increase the efficiency and equity has become the common issues in all countries.Health Economics, a new discipline, has provided possible answers to the issues and attracted attention from both government and academics.This paper introduces the goals, methods, contents and textbooks in US.universities and puts forwards suggestions for health economics education in China. |
