| 摘要:疾病危重度测评可用于对患者的现状评价和疾病转归的预测;对于医院而言,不同疾病、患者之间的危重度也逐渐作为评价医院收治患者病情水平的依据。本研究通过对国外疾病危重度测评工具的特点及其应用情况进行汇总,并对不同测评工具的适用性及其在医院绩效考评中的应用进行比较分析。 |

| Abstract:The severity of disease can be used to evaluate the current situation of patients as well as to predict the diseases outcome. In the meantime, the severity among different diseases has been more and more applied in the evaluation of the patients at hospital level. This study collected and summarized different types of international diseases grouping tools' characteristics and applications based on the severity of disease, and their suitability and practical values in hospital performance evaluation were compared and analyzed. |
