| 摘要:平衡记分卡是一套新型绩效衡量与战略管理工具。本文基于平衡记分卡的基本理论,在建立满意度、财务、内部运作、成长与发展四维绩效考评基本框架的基础上,系统设计了具体的考评指标,构建了大病保险绩效考评指标体系,为科学合理评价城乡居民大病保险运行绩效提供参考依据。 |

| Abstract:The Balanced Score card (BSC) is a new set of performance measurement and strategic management tools. Based on the basic theory of BSC, and on the basis of establishing the basic framework for performance evaluation of four dimensions, namely satisfaction, financial, internal operation, and growth and development, this paper systematically designs specific evaluation indexes from the 4 dimensions in order to construct the performance evaluation index system for catastrophic disease insurance. The objective of this study is to provide a more scientific and reasonable reference for the operational performance evaluation of catastrophic disease insurance offered to urban and rural residents. |
