| 摘要:本文对澳大利亚食品召回制度的法律法规、分类与分级、运行机制及食品召回现状进行详细分析,就我国食品召回制度在以上四个方面的现状与问题进行对比研究。并就完善我国食品召回制度提出建议:健全法律法规体系,加强各级监管;提高召回工作专业性,完善召回运行机制;加强食品召回宣传教育,建立良好沟通交流机制;建立食品召回信息系统,建设权威信息公示平台。 |

| Abstract:This paper analyzed the Australian system of food recall in the following aspects, the laws and regulations, classifications, operation mechanism and the present situation of food recall, then made a comparative study on the present status and problems of Chinese food recall system in the four aspects of the above. Some suggestions are proposed for perfecting our food recall system, which is perfecting legal system and strengthening the regulatory role at all levels, improving the professionalism of the recall work and optimizing recall operation mechanism structure, strengthening the food recall publicity and education and establishing good communication mechanism, building the food recall information system and constructing authority information publicity platform. |
