| 摘要:人口老龄化的加剧使全社会高度关注老年人问题。人口老龄化给老年人口的健康带来巨大挑战，也给老年健康产业带来了机遇。当前，我国老年健康产业发展空间广阔，但也存在诸多瓶颈，特别是资金不足的问题较为突出。从2006年我国企业年金市场正式商业化运作开始，至今已有十年时间。通过引入商业机构专业化管理，企业年金市场从无到有，并不断扩大。大资产管理背景下，监管放松、扩大投资范围给企业年金与老年健康产业良性互动带来了可能性。通过分析国际经验，探讨企业年金资金特点，可以发现，金融资本与老年健康产业全产业链发展模式具有较高的可行性，同时对行业未来发展模式进行了趋势性研判。 |

| The feasibility of the positive interaction correlation between enterprise annuity and elderly health industry |

| Abstract:The population ageing makes the whole society highly concerned about the problems of the elderly. The ageing population has brought great challenges to the health of the elderly population, at the same time many opportunities to the elderly health industry. The potential of the elderly health industry of our country is huge, but there are also many bottlenecks, especially the shortage of funds. Chinese enterprise annuity market has been operated officially since 2006. During these ten years, through the introduction of professionally commercial management, it's found that enterprise annuity market has become much more mature. Under the background of macro asset management and expanding the scope of investment, it has brought the possibility to the interaction between enterprise annuity and health industry. Through the analysis of the international experience and the characteristics of enterprise annuity fund, it is found that financial capital and elderly health industry could perfectly match. On that basis, this paper has made some judgments on the future development of the industry's trend. |
