| 摘要:目的：调查我国临床医学专业本科五年制生源质量，分析原因并提出相关建议。方法：根据普查筛选，分别在我国华北、东北、华东、华中、华南和西南的19个省，按医学院校的地域分布及隶属关系分层随机抽样，抽取24所医学类普通本科高等院校及综合性大学医学院，通过查阅现有的公开数据，调查2013-2016年临床医学专业本科五年制的招生人数及分数等相关数据。结果：2013-2016年临床医学专业五年制录取平均分在高考"一本线"范围内处于百分位数的33.46%~56.32%水平；生源质量变化地区差异较大，部分省份下降幅度明显。结论：现阶段临床医学专业生源质量呈中上水平，但优质生源报考临床医学本科五年制的意向下降，建议可通过招生政策倾斜吸引优质生源，并从医学院校财政投入、医疗行业环境的改善、医生待遇的提高等方面进行改革。 |

| Are medical undergraduate really unwilling to apply for clinic medicine speciality? Based on the quality of 5-year medical undergraduates |

| Abstract:Objective:To investigate the quality of 5-year medical undergraduates in China, analyze the influence factors and put forward relevant policy suggestions. Method:By stratified random sampling, there are 24 medical colleges or universities in northeastern, eastern, central, southern and southwestern China were included. According to access the official websites, the enrollment data of 5-year medical undergraduates were collected. Result:The percentile of medical students' average score in entrance examination was around 33.46%~56.32% in the first batch. There are significant difference among areas about the quality of medical undergradnates. Conclusion:At present, the quality of the 5-year medical undergraduates is good. Because high quality students unwilling to apply for clinical medicine, the quality of students declined. For this question, the suggestions are to improve enrollment status, school finical support, medical environment and doctors' welfare. |
