| 摘要:新加坡是世界上卫生支出较低且健康绩效较好的发达国家之一，新加坡医疗保障制度被一些国际机构和学者誉为"公私兼顾，公平有效"的榜样。为了更好地借鉴新加坡健康保障制度建设的经验，作者利用在新加坡学习的机会，与新加坡卫生部相关官员进行交流，并查阅相关文献，对新加坡健康保障制度的主体框架、筹资与待遇保障及其主要特点进行总结分析，并提出了对我国医保制度改革的启示。 |

| Characteristics of Singapore's health protection system evolution and its implications for china |

| Abstract:Singapore is one of the developed countries with low health expenditure and good health performance in the world. Singapore's health protection system has been praised by international institutions and scholars as an example of "balance between public and private, equity and effectiveness". In order to better understand and learn more fromexperience of Singapore's health protection system which is strongly built, the author grabbed the opportunity of new learning system to communicate with relevant officials of the ministry of health in Singapore where he consulted relevant literature through studies and reading different papers. Therefore, the author analyzed the framework, financing, benefit package and the main feature of the health protection system in Singapore, and then proposed the implications which can be deemed of great asset for China's health protection system reform. |
